SharePoint 2013 Org Chart with Lync Presence  ?

Hey everyone,

My end goal is to have a dynamic organizational chart that can accurately tell the end user the current contact details for a specific person. The information is constantly updated server side and this would help drastically as management likes to play musical chairs every few months. Is there a way to host an Organizational Chart (Made in Visio, or work around) that could potentially show this information accurately ?

Or even a way to show the common lync presence text (Red/Green Box, Picture ------- Name) outside of a List/Contact Card ? More like an A Href type of hyperlink.

Hi,

If you are using Visio 2013, we can create an organization chart automatically from Microsoft Exchange Server directory. In other words, we can refresh organization chart when we changed the data in Microsoft Exchange Server directory.
